If you can’t see the questions in the graphic, here they are:

1. What curiosity am I being called to explore more deeply?

2. What quirk or eccentricity is actually my superpower?

3. What area of my life could benefit from innovation?

4. Where can I find renewed hope?

And P.S. If you try this post, feel free to let me know what your quirky superpower is according to question 2 of this Aquarius inspired tarot spread! 🦹‍♀️✨
Intuitively dressing with tarot! 🌟 Tarot aces Intuitively dressing with tarot! 🌟

Tarot aces are simple in imagery, so I wanted to keep today’s dress by tarot outfit simple too. Added some gold pentacle-inspired touches and lip gloss to feel a little more put together with the minimal effort I’ve been feeling like putting in since saying gbye to Jagger. 🐾

This sweater and jeans are both @nuuly rentals from last year I ended up keeping! And my @charlottestoneshoes boots and @shopclarev bag complete any outfit as far as I’m concerned. 🤎

What tarot card inspired outfit should we do next???
I do! 🙋🏻‍♀️ Almost exclusively! I do! 🙋🏻‍♀️ Almost exclusively!

I actually came to tarot at a time in my life when I was so used to living my life for others that I basically had no internal guidance system to speak of. Tarot gave this back to me.

Instead of having to take a poll every time I wanted to make a major life decision and then wondering why all my achievements didnt actually lead to joy, meaning, or fulfillment, I learned to reconnect with my inner wisdom through the cards and learned to trust my intuition more.

That’s why for me personally, tarot is first and foremost a tool that helps us guide ourselves. That’s why I spend more time teaching others to read for themselves rather than offer to read for them (although I have been known to do that too here and there!)

That’s also why I rarely get readings from other tarot readers even though I know so many talented and trustworthy tarot advisors! The healing I personally needed was to stop going to others and listen to myself a little more. (Fun fact: Tarot can help us in the opposite way too. If you’re the type who can’t get out of your own head, can’t get perspective, has trouble being objective, getting a reading from a trusted reader can help you get unstuck.)

If you read tarot for yourself or want to start, I am so glad you found me! This account will help you on your tarot reading and self-discovery journey. 🌈✨🔮
I'm an immigrant. Not a child of immigrants. Not a I'm an immigrant. Not a child of immigrants. Not a first-gen American. An immigrant. An asylum seeker. A refugee. I will never not fight for other immigrants yearning to breathe free for themselves and for their children. I could never be hardened to their plight and to their dreams. It is my plight. It is my dream.

Tarot can be highly personal and spiritual in its guidance and magic. But tarot is also based on the collective and the concrete. And that means tarot is political.

Tarot works the way it does because it’s a symbo Tarot works the way it does because it’s a symbolic language.

Symbols, images, and color speak directly to the unconscious—often faster than words can. Archetypes live in this realm too: we can describe them with language, but we recognize them first through feeling, pattern, and intuition.

That’s why you can turn over a tarot card and feel an immediate sense of recognition or resonance, even before you know how to explain it. The card is already communicating beneath the level of conscious thought.

Only after that do we tend to bring the intellect in—to translate, organize, and articulate what we’ve sensed. When tarot is studied thoughtfully, it engages both processes: intuition and understanding, image and meaning, feeling and form.

That interplay is what allows a single tarot image to open into such a rich field of insight ✨

If an intuitive and intellectual approach to tarot resonates with you, my best-selling Substack column, The Tarot Professor, might be a good fit.
